Grand Cru extra virgin olive oil from Tenute Cristiano surprises us with strong perceptions of fruity olives picked at the right moment of ripeness. Floral and vegetable impressions mingle with the scent of newly mown grass, green tomato, impressions of ripe fruit (apple and banana) and aromatic herbs. Its taste is fluid and round with pleasant sensations of red pepper that blend perfectly with persistent bitter notes of almond, ending in an aftertaste of fresh walnut and nuts.
