Its harmony is superb thanks to balanced notes of sweet, bitter and spicy. The fresh fruity aroma with hints of radicchio, walnut and pepper blend perfectly with the bitter notes of chicory and almond.

The Grand Cru is characterized by a mosaic of aromatic herbs accompanied by sensations of chili pepper and bitter almonds.
