At Tenute Cristiano, we cultivate our groves using environmentally friendly practices that respect the land and its rhythms. Our production adheres to European integrated agriculture systems, which limit chemical use and support long-term ecological balance. Guided by a team of expert agronomists, we monitor each tree with care, ensuring the olives we harvest are healthy, resilient, and grown in harmony with nature.

Traceability at Every Step
Every movement, from the moment we pick the olives to the moment we bottle the oil, is recorded in detail. We use the SIAN portal, the official agricultural system of the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, to digitally log each stage of our production. For our organic oils, we partner with Suolo e Salute, one of Italy’s most respected organic certification bodies, recognised for its scientific rigour and environmental commitment. Even when not certified organic, our oils are produced with the same level of care and integrity, offering complete transparency in every drop.




Carolea: A Living Heritage
Our Carolea extra virgin olive oil is part of the Slow Food Presidia movement that protects ancient trees, regional biodiversity, and traditional agricultural knowledge.
Each bottle carries an official Slow Food tag, linking it directly to our grove and our story.
We are proud to preserve these timeless cultivars and honour the landscape that shaped them.

Certified to the Highest Global Standard
We are proud to hold a BRCGS certification with an AA rating, the highest possible grade in the Global Standard for Food Safety. This internationally recognised certification confirms that every part of our process, from cold extraction to packaging, is managed with exceptional hygiene, safety, and quality control.
