BIO is a full-bodied, expressive, and layered organic extra virgin olive oil. On the nose, it reveals a rich aromatic profile of green olive fruit, fresh tomato, and wild herbs, with delicate hints of green apple and banana.

On the palate, it is smooth yet vibrant, with a well-balanced structure that unfolds into notes of black pepper, radicchio, almond, and artichoke. The finish is persistent, gently spicy, and harmonious.

Perfect with:

• Steamed seasonal vegetables and root vegetables

• Legume soups (lentils, chickpeas, white beans)

• Roasted cod

• Aged cheeses or simply drizzled over sourdough bread

Produced from a blend of organically grown Carolea and Coratina olives cultivated at our Tenuta Mendicino estate in Calabria. Our olive trees, some of which are over a century old, thrive on sun-drenched hillsides caressed by the Mediterranean breeze.

The olives are harvested in mid-September and cold extracted within six hours to preserve their full quality, freshness, and aromatic complexity. This oil captures the pure essence of an untouched landscape, cultivated in deep respect for the soil, natural rhythms, and traditional craftsmanship.
