Provenance

Produced in purezza from 100% Carolea olives, grown on our estates in Giardino Renda and Tenuta Maida, this oil reflects the authentic character of Calabria. Our olive trees - some centuries old - are part of the Slow Food “Olivi Secolari” Presidium, which safeguards ancient groves and promotes sustainable, traditional farming practices.

Harvested in mid-October and cold-extracted within hours, this extra virgin olive oil preserves the integrity of the fruit, expressing its origin through freshness, balance, and complexity.
